Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Nexus Lawn Care marketplace by customers, service providers, and visitors.

Marketplace role

Nexus provides technology and operational tools that help customers and independent service providers find, coordinate, document, and pay for property services. The exact contracting relationship and applicable provider responsibilities are identified during booking.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, maintain current contact details, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Provider accounts may require identity, business, insurance, licensing, or other verification.

Requests and bids

Submitting a request does not require a customer to select a provider. Providers are responsible for reviewing request information and submitting prices they can honor, subject to disclosed exceptions such as materially inaccurate property conditions.

Payments and fees

Charges, deposits, platform fees, cancellation terms, long-grass adjustments, taxes, refunds, and payout timing are displayed or incorporated into the applicable booking before confirmation.

Service conduct

Users may not harass others, misuse personal information, circumvent platform safety controls, manipulate reviews, submit fraudulent requests or bids, or arrange off-platform payment to avoid an agreed platform fee.

Cancellations, weather, and disputes

Service may be rescheduled for weather or unsafe conditions. Cancellation and dispute outcomes depend on timing, documented work, provider mobilization, and the booking terms presented at checkout.
