Information we collect

We collect account information, property and service-request details, uploaded photos, provider business and credential information, communications, transaction records, approximate device information, and security logs needed to operate the marketplace.

How information is used

Information is used to provide matching, bids, communication, scheduling, payments, support, fraud prevention, service improvement, legal compliance, and account administration.

Marketplace visibility

Potential providers may receive property location and project information necessary to assess a request. Direct customer contact information is withheld until a provider is selected, except where disclosure is required for safety, support, or law.

Service providers

Nexus may use payment processors, mapping providers, email and messaging services, identity or background-verification services, analytics providers, security vendors, and hosting infrastructure. They receive only the information required for their function.

Data choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of eligible personal information by contacting privacy@nexuslawncare.com. Certain transaction, safety, and legal records may be retained as required.

Security

Nexus uses access controls, encryption in transit, protected sessions, audit records, credential hashing, application monitoring, and restricted administrative tools. No system can guarantee absolute security.
